Any info on the August 2012 MF and residual for a 2012 SV and/or Silver 4WD - 15K - 36/39 months? Any difference with the LE?
Thanks in advance.

Hi cpj15. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Pathfinder SV 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00003 and 48%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00003 and 47%.
The money factors for the Silver 4WD and LE 4WD are the same, but the residual values are 2% lower.

#445 of 567 '12 & '11 Pathfinder LE w/Nav Lease Calculation Questions
by michele302

Hi All~
I live in Southern NJ/Phila area. I'm very soon coming out of a NMAC lease of my '10 Maxima SV and looking to lease a Pathfinder in the next few days. Looking for either a 2011 Certified or 2012 Pathfinder LE w/Nav, 6 cyl, 4wd/awd, 36 or 39 month lease and 15k miles p/year. Any thoughts on one versus the other, besides new vs. certified pre-owned?
Can anybody please share the money factor {0.xx and also the relevant % equivalent so I can calculate}, residual percentage and any lease incentives for the Pathfinder in August and September? Also, what are the dealer rebates/hold-backs, etc.
I have pre-approved Tier 1 credit w/NMAC {have been with them past 4 vehicles, 3 of which are/have been leases}.
Thank you in advance!
~Michele

Greetings Michele. Through September 4th, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Pathfinder LE 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00003 and 46%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are .00003 and 45%, respectively.
In your area there is a $1,750 cash incentive on leases of this truck. There's some additional volume-based dealer cash incentives out there.

#447 of 567 November Numbers

Hi Car Man,
When you are able to find out the November numbers for a 2013 Pathfinder SL Premium and Pathfinder Platinum could you please post them for 36 months and 10K or 12k. All would be for top tier credit? NYC metropolitan area, Westchester county. Trying to figure out the better numbers between the Pathfinder and the Infiniti JX
Thanks,
Stephen
