How does the leasing company calculate buy out price? I know residual value is involve. Is there some sort of formula involve? Also say if there is cashback incentive for financing, can you take that into consideration when leasing a car? Your leased vehicle's residual value is calculated at lease signing and it is used to determine the depreciation portion of your monthly payment.
