No advantage -- especially if they want it and jerk you around. Make some calls to dealers you have had good experiences with and talk to the sales mgr. Tell him what you want to do and ask what the paperwork fee would be. Try the used car lots as well. Someone should help.

Hey Everyone,
I was offered a mf of 1.0039 with a residual of .53 (another dealer said .54) on a 2010 EX-L
I was wondering if those were correct and also what would mf and residual be on a 2010 EX-L with NAV.
I am here in San Francisco, Ca.
Thanks so much,
AJ

Hi Car_man, can you post the December lease rates for a 2010 Odyssey EX for 36 months and 12k miles? I'm in the Los Angeles area. Also, do you know if Honda provides any special incentives for returning lease customers?

Thanks

Hi robbyg. Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2010 Odyssey EX with 12,000 miles per year are .00139 and 56%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.

This lease program is scheduled to run through January 4th.

Hello robbyg. Here's the info that you're looking for. Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2010 Odyssey EX with 12,000 miles per year are .00139 and 56%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.

Unfortunately, I don't believe that Honda is currently running any loyalty incentives on this model. In general, Honda is not big on loyalty cash.

Hi skironman. The money factor that you were quoted is right in line with Honda Finance's current buy rate for this model. That is a good thing.

Let's take a look at the other important variable here, the van's selling price. A base 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L has a dealer invoice price of $30,970. The selling price that you were quoted, $31,574, is around $600 over invoice...which is a pretty good deal.

If you like this vehicle, I personally don't see any reason not to go for it.
