What is a fair amount to expect to pay for an out-the door price including tax&license and $2500 in rebates?
I often hear of people getting fantastic deals, but the last car we purchased in 2000 - we were royally screwed......
I've searched the web extensively, but don't really have a clue as to what a dealer would have paid for an LT2 and how much we should offer.
Can someone please help?

Congratulations. Keep it maintained per the manual and you should have many trouble free years. Chevrolets last the longest.

My husband & I purchased an LT2 in April. Straight LT2 package w/ USB port.
Out-the-door price $21,500.
We're very pleased with the car - what a great ride!
