thats not a very good deal.

You should be able to get minimum 2000 off.

I just got a LE for 2400 off msrp, PLUS my 1k college grad rebate.

Make sure they are using the right terms
on an LE
Mf .00050
Residual 63%

on an SE it is
MF .00060
Residual...not sure

just stand your ground, you HAVE to get a minimum of 2k off msrp.

For an idea, i'm leasing my camry LE with extra value package, for $218 a month and $218 due. I'm in michigan, thats including 6% tax.

car_man,

I'm bouncing between a Camry and an Accord, either '09 or '10. From my perusal of the Accord forum you seem to be the go-to man for numbers. I hope you can help.

I've done all my homework, but I'm just trying to nail down the money factor and residual for the Camry SE (zip is 01701). If I can find an '09 around here I may grab it. Otherwise '10 is it.

Thanks!

I leased a Camry LE (4 cyl.) yesterday (10/31/09) and here are the numbers for California...

- 36/month Lease

- 15K Miles

- No Money Down! (They wanted $2,000)

- $275.??/Month (Includes Taxes and GAP insurance!)

- Total: $22,708.50 (Gross Cap Cost after taxes and everything)

...The only thing I added was Satellite Radio. The car had floor mats, first aid kit and cargo net, otherwise it was a basic model. This was the easiest deal I've done on a car and the dealership was very honest and stood by their emailed quote. So how did I do?

nfortune, i dont wanna sound mean, and since you already bought the car not sure if it makes any difference, but thats a pretty bad deal.

Earlier this month, i was looking at an LE with extra value package, msrp $23,400 i got it down to 218 a month with 218 due, for only 12k miles. but should only add about 12-15dollars a month.

Then i took those numbers, and shopped around. i got an SE with msrp of 27,400 with selling price of $22,930. THEN adding another 1k college grad rebate. My lease price came out to $223 a month, with 223 due. So yeah, your offer isn't the most competitve. Check out fitzmall, its set pricing.

I just got an SE V6 (MSRP $29,070) on 10/31 for

$1,500 trade
$1,500 down at signing

$219.75 per month.

Gotta love the end of the month.

On 10/28/09 I leased a 2010 Camry LE for 36 months and 3 years. I had to put down $1,830 (tax, title, license and doc fee) and will be paying 215.09 a month.

Only extras were AM/FM/CD Player with Satellite capability with hands fee phone option.

FYI

Better Deals by nfortune

Are these $215 - $219 quotes your final payment after tax? So you are writing your check out each month for this? If so, that is a better deal!

I didn't have to put any month down and I got 15K miles a month, so yes, this adds a little to the payment but that's after taxes btw. Also, my quoted payment initially was $259.22 but my credit wasn't perfect. It ended up having my mortgage on it twice...which is WRONG so I didn't qualify for teir 1 credit and I was on the phone today with Experian to dispute it. Still cost me more money b/c of an error from my mortgage company. I checked my credit and my score was almost 750 Sept. 2, 09...so who knows what happened. ?? But that's another story!

So back to my question, are these payments including taxes? As in, you write your check out and the payment each month is........
