Update:

I just read that only the all-weather and clear floormats cannot be sold. If this is correct, that means that either the dealer owes you the carpet floor mats or your car doesn't come with them - again, check your sticker (the window sticker with the prices, options, etc.). You can always order Toyota carpet ones from any Toyota parts store online or at the dealer, or just get the WeatherTech ones.

Everything look good except leather seat. Texas is a little to hot for that. Especially I will be parking the car outside. Right now I'm lending toward Sterling McCall if they offer me a reasonable price. Since they helped my dad applying for the TX clean air rebate. I understand I can use that rebate anywhere I want, but since they helped so I will help them in return if they are not trying to rip me off big time.

Can you tell what extra fees beside sale tax?
I bought a car from Sterling Mccall back in 2004. Just dig up the paper work to see what all the fees were and here are what I found. I think I got ripped off back then with some of these fees. Try to be smarter this time.

MSRP $30,178
Selling Price $27,614
DPA (don't know what this "fee" is, and it seems like I could never get a straight answer) $385
State Sales Tax $1,750
Vehicle Inventory Tax $69
License, Title, County Rd & Bridge Fee, Full Service Deputy Fee, State Inspection $132
Documentary Fee $50

Beware of Sterling Mccall.
I just found out this DPA fee (Dealer Prep Charge). It's a scam and I'm one of the victims. Several complains on the net, but this one shows details of the scam. The website is no longer available, but you can view the catch. I guess I'll buy my SE elsewhere. Don't want to give these people more business.

DPA is Dealer Prep Charge, some type of scam the dealer is trying to make some money of. Sterling McCall is a big ripoff. The last two cars my family bought are from Fort Bend Toyota (my brother said $400 cheaper maybe because without the DPA charge) and a Honda. If Sterling McCall doesn't offer me a reasonable price I'm going back to Fort Bend Toyota.

That is with the $500 rebate... SE rebates are $500 and I think all other models are $1000.
