I thought I'd share my experience, after reading all of yours and getting some great info
 
2013 Altima, 3.5SL with technology package
36 month lease
15k miles per year
$0 down
$360 per month (includes all fees, and 6.25% MA tax)

Yesterday I leased my third ALTIMA. NIssan 2013 SL(EVERYTHING INCLUDED). Here are the numbers:
 
36 month lease
15k milease lease
$1300 down ( I had three payments left from my previous altima, so in reality I put down $400.00)
$350 (included taxes)

I got a lease offer on a 2013 Altima 3.5 SL with navigation today. The deal was $329.00 a month (including Florida taxes) with $3000 down and all rebates included. He told me he was selling me the car at invoice and included $1004 in rebates.

Mileage is 12000 a year and the lease was for 36 months.
