If you were to lease a 2006 BMW 550i through BMW Financial Services right now for 36 months with 12,000 miles per year its buy rate lease money factor and residual value should be .00280 and 59%, respectively. According to the latest information that I have seen, if you were to lease a 2005 BMW 545i through BMW Financial Services right now for 3 years with 15,000 miles per, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value should be .00100 and 57%, respectively.
