jayrider...Cincinnati is truly unique. For decades the battle has raged between which is better....Skyline or Gold Star. I've been in other cities restaurants where menu items existed stating they serve "Cincinnati chili". They never even come close.
Nothing better than a "3-way with a cheese coney on the side".
abacomike....I posted the info on Costco's gas. I'll try to dig up the email that came from their Director of Fuel who responded to their requirements for gas....it has 5 times the gov't mandate for clean additives. They have 1.5x-2x those same additives as do tier 1 suppliers. They brand the gas they sell with the additives as "KIRKLAND CLEAN POWER". It will be clearly stated as such at the pump. They maintainn strict cleanliness, freshness and purity of their fuel.
Mostly in Canada, they're converting all of their fueling stations over to the KIRKLAND CLEAN POWER fuels (about 1/2 way finished). Most in the U.S. were either already converted, or built originally as a CLEAN POWER station.
Once the conversion process is completed (sometime next year), they'll apply for tier 1 status. But, the CLEAN POWER fuel they're selling now won't change. So, if you're using them now, you're getting their tier 1 fuel before they submit for tier 1 status.
As you noted, they are usually significantly less expensive than ANY other brands, tier 1 or not. Their guarantee is 2nd to none (they stand behind their products 100%, no questions asked).
Working diligently to help find my sister another car. She's all over the map.....Regal, G37, Accord. This is going to take awhile....

I always preferred Skylline when I traveled to the Queen City, but Gold Star opened a restaurant here in Denver some years ago. Guess most folks here didn't understand the concept, as it was only open for a few years.

"KIRKLAND CLEAN POWER".
The pumps do not state "KIRKLAND CLEAN POWER" on them. So I am going to assume that the Costco I frequent is one of the older ones that has not yet converted. But I really don't care at this point. They are still significantly lower in price than anything around, and I mean significantly lower. More than 20 cents a gallon is significant to me.

After one game each, I can confidently predict that this will be 1986 redux! This time, however, I may have to root for the Sox, now that I've been a Boston (suburb) denizen for the last 22 years. But, I still have my NY Mets 25th Anniversary hat I got at Shea oh, so long ago. Mookie woulda beat it out anyway.
I have a rear fog light on my (British) car, on its own switch.

Apr 03, 2013 (9:36 am)
Big day today men! I'm officially 37! I've got my health, a beautiful wife, 3 amazing children, so yes I'm having a happy birthday!
March 10, 2012 (last year), I got a speeding ticket in my TSX for going 81 in a 55. I've most definitely "slowed down." Most mornings, I blast my way on to 95, then settle down and set my cruise at 75. I know that it is still 20 over and speeding, but the traffic blows by me like I'm standing still. On my way home, the parkway I take has varying speed limits (50 - 55) and is usually crawling with cops, so I set my cruise at around 60. Once I hit the CT border, I kick it back up to 70 & drive with the flow of traffic.

I've got almost 30 years on you. 1983 was a bit different than 2013.

1973? I wasn't around back then. Weren't there high gas prices and a recession back then too? Lol!
