But she kept coming and took out my left rear end!
Unbelievable, and so unfair you have to end up paying for the damage. I think I would try small claims court just as a matter of principle...this woman should not even be allowed to own a car.
One good thing, it wasn't the rear fender of your E350. Wonder what the dealership will think.

So, I drove up there and have another loaner - another C250.
At least they could have given you an E350 this time, if they were a really good dealer.
Actually, it was really nice of them to be so understanding and to rectify the situation so quickly and easily....if I buy a Mercedes in the Miami area I will definitely get their name and number,....that is service above and beyond.

Since you do not express your inner feelings openly, your mind came to your rescue. When the sand came pouring out, you received some stress relief in order to better deal with a problem(s) in reality
What a great interpretation of the dream. I know dreams usually mean something, but that sounds right on, and, indeed, it must be because he agreed with it.
I am going to write down my next dream and have you interpret it for me....if it is printable.

Mike,
You dad probably tells people, 'My son treats me like a dog. He take me out for a walk every day'.

I have $1000 deductible on my collision, so I am going to have to come up with the $1000 - unless I take her to court and sue her - which would be a waste of my money since she has no money and would cost more for the lawyer than I could get from her.
Three words: Small Claims Court. She has to have some assets and you can attach them/file a lien against them. Or hire an attorney to collect the judgement- most charge only 25%, so at worst you'd be out $250.
Or do what I did- when the Mullet Moron rear-ended my wife's 5 Series(in an adjoining county) I filed a criminal complaint against him for no insurance. He had to cough up my $500 deductible for restitution in order to stay out of the joint.

One thing I've read is that each tire manufacturer has it's own treadwear rating method and that you can't compare one manufacturer's numbers to another.
You can check the treadwear guarantee to give you a good idea how long the tires should last.
Ultra performance tires don't usually have any treadwear guarantee.

Mike, you have a wonderful sense of humor. I am guessing you dad does also, and that is probably one reason he has lived so long.
Getting a dog is a good idea for you. Our little dog Daisy, makes me take her out for a short walk about every two hours during the day if I am at home. This is not always to do her business, but just to get out, get some air and snoop around a bit...and it is great exercise for me.
In the meantime, and until you can get a real dog, one of those shock collars might be a good idea if your dad has any obedience problems.

Saw this car in the Tampa Bat Times...perfect for Richard or Old Farmer.
Grand Marquis...2006....4600 miles.
Only drawback is the price $11,981......but it is like almost getting a new car for $12000.
What could go wrong?

Yes, our Gigi does the same, forces you to get out and walk. A pet can add 2 years to your life.

"...she was wearing an eyepatch..."
Maybe she was a pirate trying to board your vessel. Are there many of them down there? I may have to rethink moving.
Seriously, maybe you should sue her for the $1000 and if she can't come up with the dough have the sheriff seize her car. Even if you can't get the $1k by selling it you at least would do the community a favor by getting her off the road.
