Actually, you've pointed out what happens when numbers enter any discussion -- most people take them at face value with neither the ability nor the desire to see if they really make sense.
 
Not that the purpose of the list was to make sense. That's the fun part.
 
97.312593% of all the numbers read/seen in the various media are made up and/or appear much more accurate/precise than they really are.
 
Measure it with a micrometer, mark it with a piece of chalk, cut it with an axe, then report it as gospel.

Do you mean that the tax season has started and you have time to sit and figure all of that out?

Just saw an ad for Hyundai and they said you can bring the car back within one year if you lose your job during that time

Did anyone see 60 minutes. Oil at $140 a barrel was just a big scam. The investment houses were bidding it up. Wasn't there committees to investigate the oil companies? We all knew it was a rip off, but how come the government can't find this out and it takes 60 Minutes to expose it?
