bimmer boy watch it and weep!

I watched it and it was amusing. Not too impressed with the guys driving ability especially around the 5 minute mark. He was passed by a number of cars that didn't seem to wonder all over the road as much as he did. At 5:16 the people in the car behind are saying he had trouble climbing the hill. He was passed by what looked like an older white BMW that wasn't drifting all over the road.

It was fun but the car behaved as most cars would...not real gravel, not a big curb etc. I wouldn't buy one based on what I saw.

i guess you missed one of my points, the camaro behind the GM never was able to pass it.
it pretty much looked like a stock GM with 4 occupants, so i am thinking stock tires and brakes. you don't think they would give up after a few minutes?
even without SC, i didn't see the handling get ugly because it is a good basic platform.

Perhaps another dog posted about a BMW - I don't recall posting about the ultimate driving machine...

Yes there is that provision of the ESA, however it is only for assets purchased and put into service in 2008. Now and looking forward there is no advantage unless clowngress congress extends it.

German trains do the clickly clack, just not nearly as much.

I must say that I heard nothing of the sort on my train travels across Bavaria. They use welding to eliminate the gaps.
