They also do FInance School for dealerships across the country. If some one from my dealer is going into F&I they have to go to JM&A school down in Florida... Sometimes JM&A does classes around the states also. We had them come here about a year ago for some classes. To touch on what the OP was talking about is sometimes JM&A will send out someone to work with the finance manager at the dealership. When they are here everyone is supposed to be on their best behavior. GP
