They had one of those events where they set out to sell 25 cars in a day (about twice what they normally sell in a month) and I was in the market for a car. Made a very satisfactory deal on the new car and traded in our van for ALL the money. That was last September, delivery took place in mid December by which time the value of the van had fallen considerably. Worse was to come for the dealer because for some reason it didn't sell and gas prices rose sharply to the extent that they were offering 'our' van for sale at thousands less that they paid us and in the end (last month) it went to auction.

I later found in the pile of paper he handed me a ~15-item check list of things that were supposed to be set up at delivery -- things like getting the XM fully operational, memory seats, radio presets, bluetooth pairing, all kinds of stuff. The good news is that the owners manual is very comprehensive & clearly written; I was able to get it all done myself over a period of several weeks. The even better news is that the actual driving part of the car is just the same as always, with a very sweet 6-speed manual. Keep the faith.
