Replying to: qbrozen (Jun 09, 2008 12:03 pm) I think it would be the temperature that the engine over-heats and ruins itself at. |

I did build a fire in the wood stove today, then an hour later had the doors open becuase it got too hot. I can tell you my tomato plants don’t like this weather, they need some of that southern heat. |

Replying to: joel0622 (Jun 09, 2008 1:54 pm) It's really very simple Joel. Some people don't have the capacity to understand simple English and basic math. Back in the late 80's or early 90's Toyota was sued in California over "hidden fees". This suit required that Toyota Motor Sales USA list every fee on their invoices like dealer holdback, wholesale financial reserve, TDA, Destination Charge (called Delivery, handling, and processing fee on the Monroney sticker), and gasoline. This opened up a big can of worms since customers that have an invoice fetish and want to see the invoice always to not pay the fees. Before the lawsuit it was listed as: Dealer invoice: Retail: Base price: xxx Base price: xxxx Options: xxx Options: xxxx Freight xxx Destination charge: xxxx ________________ _____________________ Total xxxx Total xxxxx |

Replying to: isellhondas (Jun 09, 2008 2:45 pm) You know I have not seen a Pilot in person yet, only the pictures that are circulating around the net. What's up with all manufacturers putting big ugly chrome grilles on their vehicles? |

Replying to: mackabee (Jun 09, 2008 4:07 pm) I bartered with them over carpets and furniture while we were over there. It was fun to haggle. Perhaps I should have been a car salesman. Good grief!!! What did I just say?!!! I've been out in the heat too long today. Richard |
