Once in awhile we would get a really cheap customer who didn't want to pay for them and we would simply pull them out. We would hear..." You would THINK Honda would include a lousy set of floor mats in the price of the car". People would whine... So after years of telling Honda this, they simply raised the price of their cars, and installed floor mats. Good move and Toyota should do the same thing! |

That is three right there but I have sometimes seen as many as five carfax records on a car before the record showing that it has been titled pops up. If a car was traded from another dealer the MSO was reassigned and that could show up as well. |

We order all our vehicles with floor mats. Once in a while we let one slip or the port may be back ordered which has been the case with the new Highlander. Mack |

Just add the cost into the price of the car and be done with it. We’re talking about a Porsche here not a Hyundai. I’m sure if the customer said, “I want the mats free”, most salesman wouldn’t kill the deal because of this. Porsche is putting their salesman in a bad position over this penny pinching item. It would make me wonder, ‘where else are they pinching pennies’? jmonroe |
