That is to say he has nothing to gain by currying our favor. When his daughter was married several years ago he made a point of personally inviting us and when we arrived in Key West we were taken to a private island he had rented and given our own house for the weekend. (We had use of the yacht too.) BTW, he drives a Camry Hybrid. |
