This women comes in about 2 weeks ago. She and her husband are interested in a Sport. 2 hours later we have done a test drive, researched colors and options, and discussed all the technical and safety aspects of the car. She said her husband had asked her to stop by as they lived in the neighborhood and he had seen one at a dealer by his work. She assured me that they would give me an opportunity before they bought. Now, 14 days later after several unanswered phone messages and e-mails I get a voice mail. They had bought another store. No write up, no husband. I hate being the educator without a chance to earn the business.
