Replying to: accelerator (Aug 31, 2007 10:09 am) I currently have a 911S Cab and it get's 26-27 mpg on the highway at 70. Unfortunately, it barely manages 14-15 in mixed driving around town. One of the downsides to a low 4 second 0-60 time, I guess. It does, however, hold my wife and two daughters, so we all get to enjoy topless driving. Enjoy your S2000. Mine was "Spa Yellow" and I still smile when I see one on the road. It was a great car. |

An MX-5 GT offers heated seats, fog lights, 6-disc changer, steering wheel radio controls, tilt wheel, side air bags and advanced keyless entry. Just off the top of my head... None of these features are even available as options in the S2k. Tha Mazda easily beats the Honda when it comes to "standard options and fancy buttons". (the Honda does offer an outside temp gauge..

Replying to: gputz (Oct 12, 2007 6:50 pm) All kidding aside, the S2000 isn't known for the creature features, that is for sure... to be quite honest, except for heated seats, the only option I'd like to have is an in dash navigation system. I've seen some photos of some custom work done and it looks like an OEM install... very nice.

Replying to: ateixeira (Oct 23, 2007 11:55 am) You cannot put in an in-dash Nav as the radio is inset into the dashboard and if the Nav display came out, the underside of the dash would interfere. If the nav came out too far, then it would get in the way of the gear shifter. See images for better explanation...
