Thanks for the input Bob. I noticed you referenced an 07' model so I'm curious if the controls have been deleted on the newer models. If there are any 09' model owners that can tell me yea or nea on the steering wheel A/C controls please pass it along. It sounds trivial but the wife has her reasons, and I just follow orders.

There are steering wheel temperature controls on a loaded 2009 TCH (on the left, below the steering wheel radio controls). I believe they are are standard on all 2007-2009 TCH models.

does anyone else have a 'problem' with the "recirculate" air button turning itself off from time to time? my 2009 does, at seemingly random occasisions; sometimes during driving use, sometime at restarting, etc.

See post #3130, which answered your first post of this problem. You can have the dealer reprogram your climate system to keep it from automatically changing your recirc setting.

Correction. The temp controls are on the right side of the steering wheel of the TCH.

I am about to buy a 2009 Camry Hybrid and we wanted leather seats. In order to get these we must order the Premium package with navigation system at a cost of 3500.00$ canadian. I was wondering if anyone had this option and if so if they thought it was worth it or not?

Don't be so cheap. This car drives like a luxury car so you might as well make yourself feel rich. $3,500 is not that much if you think about having the car for five years. While you're at it, for an extra $300 get the trunk lip, the car looks much better with it.

In Canada we don't get the trunk lip, we get the full fledged boy racer spoiler

I looked at the US website and liked to trunk lip, but the spoiler is just plain ugly (IMO).
