| Basically the same car. But the Accord comes in so many trims, I wonder which one was considered 'best'. | |

TSX is on the European Accord platform, totally different from the one we have in the US.I think it is a little bit smaller. I love the TSX but never really cared for the Accord. I think it is a numbers thing,I see Accords everywhere. |

I think it's concept's name is Honda Sports 4. Very impressive. I, personally, want more torgue out of a $28k car, and it's lines are too linear for me. Looking for more visual personality, although it seem to know how to make up for it's shortcomings, as every review I've seen glows. I'm not big on including the A3 either, as it is unproven to me. Not feelin' the Mustang redesign, but it's Bang for the Buck is undeniable. DrFill |

And it looks like I work for BMW - in fact, I've never owned a single BMW.

Let me guess, you like BMW's! The Mini Cooper S is a love of mine, and I'm sure twice the car dynamically that the A3 is, but it is so small, it's function is truly super niche. But I agree with it as Best Sport Compact! I would do the list differently than C&D did. I would just have the 10 most attractive/best cars for drivers for 2006. Kinda like they used to do! BWM 330i Lexus IS350 Chrysler 300C Honda S2000 Mini Cooper S Ford Mustang GT (even doh it's mad ugly!) Mitsubishi Evo Chevy Corvette Honda Civic Mazda RX-8 I'd chose the practical and versatile Civic over the practical, but not so attractive Accord. Since I can crush a Mustang GT, and carry 4 people comfortably (I've sat in the back seat, quite roomy for 6-footers) for less than $30k, the Evo stays until someone does it better. S2000 is the best roadster/driving scalpel when value is considered. When you can buy another 10 Best car with the price difference, and really only lose the fancy tag (plus get a better looking ride), take it ove the pricey Boxster. And from what I read, the 330 didn't beat the IS. The IS is the best Automatic Sports Sedan, and with a stick would've beaten the 3 rather easily. So both stay until this is settled! DrFill |

I think the new Lexus IS 350 is the best car money can buy. It has a butt load of technology, is fast and fun to drive, is safe, and can haul a wife and 2 kids. I am a GM employees son, and a guy that has many relatives that work for GM/Delphi. I just wished their was a way to buy one, and not hurt my family's feelings for not buying a GM. I am in love with the IS 350 and in my opinion, it's the best car made. Like Floyd Mayweather Jr. it's the best pound for pound (Value) ever made. I have never owned a Lexus. But damn this car is awesome and should be the car of the year for every auto mag. Shame on MT for picking the Civic. However the Acura RL is the best "all-season" family car money can buy (My Opinion) Rocky |
