The 48 month payment is less expensive, but I think that you should consider the 36 or 39 month leases programs as well. It might save you money on maintenance, etc. in the long run.   Matt eights38gmail.com

Hi Carman,   I am looking to lease the IS 250 with Nav for 36 month. What is the MF and residual for both 15K and 12K miles?   The quotes I got for 15K miles was $512 and for 12K miles was $491. This is before sales tax and with no cap cost reduction.   Thank you. Replying to: keitarou (Oct 14, 2008 8:17 am) Invoice is not available here at Edmund's for the 09's. Also Lexus does different configurations for different areas of the country. For my area (PHX) the MSRP of a IS250 Auto RWD with NAV is $37,370 which by my guestimates would put the invoice around $33,000. Right now you shouldn't be paying more then $500 over invoice, if not less. Remember Toyota for the first time is running zero % financing (not for Lexus) so they are hurting like everyone else.

According to the latest information that I have seen, if you were to lease a 2008 Lexus IS 250 2WD with an automatic transmission through Lexus Financial Services right now for 36 months with 15,000 miles per year, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value would be .00085 and 50%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier.
