Ok, I am thinking of trading my 06 GX 470 in for an 08 IS350 and want to lease it. I wanted to ask for someone to help me figure out my monthly payment. I think i may go down to Bellevue Lexus tomorrow. I want to Lease a 08 IS 350 with all the packages and options(Mark Levinson, Navigation, etc..) 36 months 12K miles a year $3,000 down 8.8% sales tax. I have Tier 1 credit(excellent credit) someone please help me out. |

I'm zeroing in on a 36 mo lease/12k miles a year for an IS 250 with NAVI. Prices seem to be hovering around $450 a month (w/o tax) and $0 out of pocket (except ~$750 for 1st mo and official fees). What do y'all think??

Replying to: lilmrslim (Jun 28, 2008 1:54 pm) You need:: Publicly Available Items MSRP Invoice Price Current Manufacturer Residual Current Manufacturer Lease Factor Items particular to your deal Selling price (in these car buying times you should be around invoice on most cars) Lease factor dealer is quoting you (dealers can mark this up) Dealer doc fees Local sales tax, and whether you pay up front or every month. Out of pocket money up front. You also need to remember that navigation has little residual value at the end of a lease, so you wind up paying for most of the navigation during the lease term. |

Researching the deals on this forum has been invaluable in my lease negotiations, so I am hopeful that this post is helpful to some end-of-month IS250 shoppers. Here is the deal that I just completed: IS250 RWD, Auto Smoky Granite Mica/Sterling Leather 18" Alloy Wheels Navigation Premium Package Preferred Accessory Package w/ Applique 36 months/10k miles Tier 1+ Credit Sticker = $37,439 Paid: $32,250 + $600 acquisition fee = $32,850 Drive-Off (all fees included) = $1,400 Monthly Payment : $369.49 + 8.5% tax = $400.90 Money Factor = .00125 Residual = 57% Magnussen's Lexus Of Fremont I dealt with one of their Internet Sales Consultants and I have to say that the process was very straightforward. No haggling and everything was exactly as promised when I went to pick-up the vehicle. Best of luck everyone!

Got a great lease package this evening; premium, nav, BT, HID, XM, black with tan: $390/month + tax, $3000 OTD (included 1st month); 12K/36 months. MF = .00125. Excellent credit. Great experience; negotiated price online with them in the morning, picked up the car in the evening. Entire deal took 1 hour. (After working with 5 other local dealers, Lexus of Riverside (So Cal) was the only one that honored the true nationally advertised lease AND leased it with nav and XM for $31/month more.) Believe this might be one of the best deals I've seen on the forum. Am thrilled! |

Hello I just got my deal today 36 month / 12k milege MSRP $40090 Monthly Payment $486(tax included) Out of Pocket $1502 ( 0 down , fees + 1st month payment) The vehicle has Nav, Prem, HID, Rear Lip Spoiler and accesorries Does this deal looks pretty fair?
