I'm glad that I have been able to help you out, shap1. According to the latest information that I have seen, Lexus Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 IS 250 2WD with 12,000 miles per year are .00135 and 56%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier. This factor is enhanced slightly in Lexus' Western region.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2008 RX 350 are .00105 and 53%.

It's possible that Lexus will introduce some sort of enhancement for Memorial Day, but I haven't heard about any yet.

What city/state are you leasing in? And, what is the MSRP of the 2 vehicles you priced?

Please update us and let us know if that worked.

No!

Price is at least $2000 to high. Shoot for invoice or a bit under depending on money from the factory. Check the new car TMV here for invoice and TMV.
Money factor is to high. This is based on credit rating and may be acceptable.
Term is to long. No more than 36-39mos.
Residual is set by the bank/Lexus.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have top tier credit so thats not an issue. Got them to knock down the money factor from .0023 Any suggestions to negotiate an even better MF and to knock down the price $2000?
