Hello Car Man. You've always been a big help in my past lease negotiations. Can you provide LFS buy rate and residual for the IS250 based on 36 months/12,000 miles? Any incentives for current Lexus leasees? The lease on my rx330 is up at the end of May, and I plan to pop over to a dealership on Memorial Day weekend in hopes of some sort of deal. Would the LFS numbers be the same if I went with the RX350 based on the same specs above?

For the IS250 in automatic with navigation, 48 mth lease, 12,000miles; the monthly lease payment is $439 plus tax. This IS250 comes with: *18" Alloy Wheels with Summer Tires *High Intensity Headlamps with Adaptive Front Lighting System *Voice Activated DVD Navigation System w/Rear Camera, and Bluetooth *Premium Package (Includes Heated and Ventilated Front Seats, Wood Interior Trim, and Perforated Leather Seat Upgrade) *Preferred Accessory Package $1,000 OTD... this was their first offer through email, do you think they will go much lower, like $400 after taxes?? any advice would be apprecaited!!! |

so i just got done with my dealer, and these are the numbers im getting: IS 250 AWD, navigation and xenons MSRP: $38,594 Gross Cap: $36,739 including acquisition fee Net cap Cost with 3000 down: $33,739 Residual percent 56% 36 month term, 12k miles Money factor of 0.00185 Monthly lease price $440 plus taxes OR IS 250 AWD with nav, xenons, luxury, and premium package MSRP: 41,229 Gross Cap 38,439 Net cap cost 35,439 Residual 56% 36 mo/ 12k miles Money factor of .00165 Monthly payment of same $440 / month They want to move the car on their lot, so they would give me a better MF to help move the car. is there any way they could go lower? seems like they should move a little more. Invoice on the first car is around 34,000 and they got to 36,100 before the acquisition fee |

| I'm looking to lease a bare bones, base model IS250 W/ Manual Transmission. I don't want Nav. or any luxury pack. Can this lease be had in the NYC area for under $400/mo.? Does any one have this model (IS250 RWD Manual Trans.) | |
