hi, I been hearing this great money factor for 24m 12k on a 2wd is250 of .00020 does any one know where I can find this information so I can take it to the dealer. I have 750 in credit, but they are giving me .00050 and 61% residual. Thanks!

It is only 12k, so this is what they can do for me. Still not getting the same numbers as they are, any ideas? 12,000 miles MSRP 33,320 cap cost $28900 24 months on a 12k mf .0005 residual 63%. they said 396.40 plus taxes. I am getting $379 including taxes. 15,000 miles MSRP 33,320 cap cost $29,010 mf .0005 residual 63% they gave me a figure of $422 + 7% taxes, I am getting $413. including 7% taxes they also said that the .00020 mf is for buying not leasing.   any suggestions are greatly appreciated, this is my first time leasing or buying a car.

I'm looking to lease a 2008 IS250 RWD with 18" wheels, HID Headlights, Navigation, Premium Package, and Preferred Accessory Package. MSRP is $38,314. I want to do a 36 or 48 month lease with 10,000 miles/year. I have $2,000 to put down and my credit score is above 720 so i'm in Tier1. I have a car to trade in and they said they would give me $15,000 for it but I owe $16,800. My question is what will my monthly payments be around and what is the residual value and money factor? Thanks for the help.

I went to Longo in Cali today, For FICO720+, he told me the MF was .00275, then after I told him about .00175, he later changed to .00225........... Is .00175 still the correct MF now? IS350 with Nav, Premium plus, 18inch wheel, HID, MSRP $42594 Cap cost $38858 Residual 55% (Is this correct? for 36 month, 12k) Monthly $586+Tax $1000 due at signing (seems like they waived many fee?)   I cant get the $586 using those numbers though. I'm looking at leasing a IS250 RWD 6spd Manual transmission, and I currently live in SoCal near LA. The closest dealership to me would be Longo in El Monte, and i'm wondering about lease prices for a IS250 with base package, 18" alloys, HID, and Preferred Acessory Package. The total comes to be $33,204, and we plan to give a down payment of around $6000. The salesman told us this would cost us around $315 a month for a 48month 12k plan. Does that seem about right? Hi, Lexus has been advertising a lease with for IS250 Nav for $349 for 24 Months and 3449 Due at signing. I've been calling several SoCal Dealers. I'm getting different Out-Pocket Cost with this deal? I guess this 3449 does not include fees and first payment? I'm getting quotes from $4000 to $4500 out of pocket?   Does this sound right? I want a lexus i250 AWD. I live in New York obviously. I am tier 1plus but i need 20K miles a year. What is the price i should get on the car? What is the best price i should get on the car if i buy it? Not the MSRP but the best price i can see. I just want the basic car and AWD. I hope I can get some help from here and if someone can tell me the best dealer to use in westchester or long island, new york that would be much appreciated.   Plus i have read a little and I am a smart guy but am new to this i keep reading about money value .0002. what is that? What does that mean?

I ended up leasing a 08 IS250 RWD Manual for 36mo/12k miles. Payed $2000 down payment, MSRP was $33,204, Capitalized Cost was $29,083, the Residual Value is $18,983.28, MF was .00175. The monthly payment for the car is set at $350/month. Was this a good deal? Just curious.
