I received a very similar quote from a dealership in Massachusetts. $471. 24 months/15kmiles per year. However, the quote I received was for an IS250AWD without NAV and required $3500 down. I think the quote you received is good. If they had offered me this deal, I would have gone with the IS250AWD. Instead, I went with the BMW328XI Coupe. Good luck in your decision.

Hi jerz2. The car that you described has a spread of around $4,400 between its full MSRP and its dealer invoice price. You are being given a discount of around $3,000 on it. That puts you at approximately $1,400 over dealer invoice. If you are in an area that has a good level of competition, I personally would not be surprised if you were able to beat this price by a couple hundred dollars. Make sure to stop by the following discussion to see how much other community members have paid for similar cars lately: "Lexus IS 250 / IS 350: Prices Paid & Buying Experience".

Once you have arrived at a selling price that you are happy with, have the dealer calculate your monthly payment using Lexus Financial Services' new enhanced special lease money factor of .00165 (for Tier 1+ customers).

You're very welcome black00. Lexus actually just enhanced its lease program on the IS. Its new buy rate lease money factor for the 2007 IS 250 is .00165 and for the IS 350 is .00195 for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier. As far as these cars' residual values go, LFS' current residuals for the '07 IS 250 2WD are 54% for 36 months and 51% for 39 months with 15,000 miles per year. The residuals for otherwise identical leases of the '07 IS 350 are 52% and 49%, respectively. If you were to lease either of these cars with only 12,000 miles per year, their residual values would be 2% higher.

Lexus Financial Services does have a multiple security deposit program. It provides a .00010 money factor reduction foe every additional deposit that lessees make, up to a maximum of nine. Security deposits are equivalent to your car's monthly payment rounded up to the nearest $50 increment.

Greetings tands. The car that you described has a spread of around $4,200 between its full MSRP and its dealer invoice price. You are only being given a discount of $1,750 on this car. That puts you at around $2,500 over invoice. I have seen consumers do better than that on this car, but I am not personally all that familiar with what the market for it is like in your specific area. Try stopping by the following discussion to see how much other consumers have paid for similar cars lately: "Lexus IS 250 / IS 350: Prices Paid & Buying Experience".

When negotiating your lease, make sure that the dealer you are working with uses Lexus Financial Services' new enhanced buy rate lease money factor of .00165 (for Tier 1+ customers).

Hi Brian. While most luxury brands' captive finance companies do offer leases with only 10,000 miles per year, I have never seen a lease through Lexus Financial Services with that low an allowance. I have only seen 12,000 and 15,000 mile per year leases through LFS.

Hey mantrasia. Lexus just enhanced its lease program on this car last week. Its new buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2007 Lexus IS 350 with 15,000 miles per year are .00195 and 52%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier. This program may vary slightly by region.

You're absolutely right, lsomoza. The money factor that you were quoted for this car is way too high. Last week Lexus enhanced its special money factor on the '07 IS 350 to .00195 for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier. LFS' new residual values for a 36 month lease of an '07 IS 350 with 12,000 miles per year are 54% for 36 months and 45% for 48 months.

Hi jack82. You never mentioned the selling price of the IS 250 that you are interested in leasing. This is an important number for you as a consumer to know for two reasons. First, the selling prices of leased vehicles can be negotiated, just as if you were paying cash for them. Without knowing the price of the car that you want to lease you don't know how good a price you are getting it for. The second reason is that one needs the selling price of a vehicle that they want to lease is that it is necessary to calculate its lease payment. I would be more than happy to give you my opinion of this deal if you let me know what its selling price is.

For now I can tell you that Lexus recently enhanced its special money factor on the IS 250 to .00165 for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. Make sure that the dealer that you are working with is using this new special money factor to calculate your monthly payment.

Hello helpny. The car that you described has a spread of over $5,000 between its full MSRP and its dealer invoice price. So the $4,487 discount that you are being given on it probably puts this car's price at around $500 over invoice, which is a very good deal. Just make sure that the dealer that you are working with uses Lexus Financial Services' new, enhanced buy rate lease money factor of .00165 (for Tier 1+ customers) to calculate your monthly payment and you're in business.
