I just got an email offer from my Local Lexus dealed on an IS250 for $369 plus tax for 36/months and 10K miles. Listed as .25 for excess miles and end of lease fee $350. Is this a decent deal? I may take a look at this car in the next few days. This is for 720 A tier credit which I have. I have never leased a LExus. I hate end of lease disp fees, but the deal looks good at least on the surface.

that is a good deal.......it is unlikely you will not have to put any $ down....there is always some type of fee......also is this a base model or AWD fully loaded......there is a significant price difference b/t the two....good luck....

you did not mention if this was an AWD model, or fully loaded......this will change the lease price....a fully loaded AWD runs 41k......a base model is much cheaper.....

I totally disagree with the previous poster. I don't think this is a good deal. First, you didn't give enough info to tell if it's a good deal (options, STICKER PRICE, selling price, etc). Second, you didn't actually say no money down or if you were trading, etc. to lower the principle. Based on my assumption (given your lack of information) that you are talking about a base model, this is NOT a good deal. For roughly $10 more than what you're being offered, I leased a 2009 (when it was new, my lease is up next week) IS 250 RWD with premium package, navi/backup cam, preferred accessories package, and 18" wheels on 12K miles a year and NOTHING down. You could do far better. I suggest going through costcoauto.com if you have a costco membership. When I was about to lease my car the costco negotiated price on the IS was $750 over invoice. That'll get you lower than your deal already.

Hi Carhelp88- Can you help me. I am looking to lease the same car as you and hopefully get the same deal. Can you send me any kind of quote you might have gotten, or something that I can take to a local dealership to help me. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

A few things. This is a base model with whatever equipment it includes. I am in Flordia AWD is not needed ever. I dont care what the price of the car is (for the most part) because if I compare base model lease to base lease that is all that matters to me. I never do anything but sign and drive leases. This one is $369 First payment down, ($900 total) The COSTCO deals have never been anything for me and I have tried several times. I can always beat their deals. I call them up and they usually get cagey about price trying to get me in the dealership. Then they give me the price which I have always beaten often by a good mark. While you got a good deal in 09, lets see what they offer now because with leasing things change over time. Sometimes a company will push big incentives to get volume. I try to stay unemotional and am always prepared to switch a brand if needed. Never did anythign with Lexus. Been mostly with Honda, Acura, and Audi. Honda/Acura is the best leasing company. Also I got my first NAV 10 yrs ago (I think) when nobody had it. I am terrible about directions and it can come in handy. NAV factory installed never took off. In fact the disks are always outdated even brand new out the door. With smartphones and super cheap NAVs stand alone I dont want to pay more for a NAV system.
