Car Man,
Are the december MF and residual values the same for the IS250? What are the residual values for 15k miles vs 12k miles?

I was wondering if this deal is to good to pass up.
2012 IS250 F-sport No Navigation
$39,283
$3539 off
1.9 APR
Can I get the price down anymore? They said this is invoice and they cant go any lower. Should I be happy with this. If so I will buy it =)

Hi a4sf. Lexus Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 IS 250 RWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00150 and 59%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka Tier 1+ credit tier.
The residual values for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher.

Hey todd, if you are getting $3,539 off means your selling price is $35,733. according to truecar a great price would be 36,950. i personally think youre getting a good deal are you leasing or buying, i highly suggest not putting more than the taxes and first month. they took my previous lexus no upside down or anything, i didnt make that months payment on the lexus i was trading and received $200 back from dmv since i have tags, so i ended up paying no more than $400 in reality.
***People dont be fooled, please do you research and take as much time as you may need to negociate, at the end you name your price*****

Car_man, what is the residual and MF on the IS250C? 10,000 and 12,000 miles please for 36 months. (I had Top Tier+ on my first Lexus but had a credit issue recently on a medical bill -- I paid in full after it mistakenly went to collections, I hope this doesn't affect me!)
My lease is about up on my 2009 IS250 and I'm beginning to think I won't get anywhere near as amazing of a deal on a new ISC as I did on my IS when I got it.
Has anyone here leased or bought an ISC lately? I need some prices to compare to/negotiate with. Thanks!

Hi greeneyespsu. Lexus Financial Services' January buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 IS 250 Convertible with 12,000 miles per year are .00150 and 62%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier.
The residual value for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

Looking for a 36 mo lease on a new IS 250 RWD with premium package, navigation/camera, and possibly HID, 10k miles. We will be trading in a 94 civic ex, with a KBB trade in value of about $5500 though the car has been in a minor accident.
First stop by the dealership resulted in the initial preliminary offer of $41091 sale price, $3k trade in value, $499 a month including taxes.
Can anyone advise regarding current lease terms (assuming top tier approval) and what might be a good target price? I am thinking asking them to up the trade in value closer to $4k, with a sale price target of about $37k, which (using MF=0.0015 and residual 60%) would make our payments about $425 including 7.75% taxes.

Hey everyone,
My wife and I are looking for an IS250C, and I see the 36 mo #'s above, but was wondering how they differed for 48 month lease deals. We'd be looking at 10k & 12k miles/year. Lastly--any idea what credit score Lexus uses to qualify a buyer/lessor to their Top Tier+?
Thanks!

Hi mgchan. The IS Sedan's lease program varies by region. If you tell us what state you are in we can give you an idea of what this car's current lease program is like.
