A five or ten minuet drive to the mall or to run errands really doesn't get the engine hot enough to get the big MPG. If you factor in the extra price you paid for the diesel engine and then the extra price you pay each time for diesel fuel. I don't think you are gaining that much with all the fuel efficient vehicles on the market today. |

Purchased a 2009 Prius and am averageing 30mpg. Dealership says there is nothing wrong with the car. What can I do for repair or replacement?

Even with all the batteries you still get a 12 cu ft trunk which is onlt 2 cu ft short of a regular old Accord. This puts Ford in the thick of things and highlights how much more together they are than GM ar the nearly dead Chrysler. 30 mpg on a Prius is normal? They're out of their minds. |
