I did not hear from MB of South Bay today. I was told by the Internet sales director that he will contact me today
after talking with the general manager.

I am missing Cargo Items from the new R500 that I leased less than one week ago. I am getting run arounds with the dealership.

I am concern about the day that my lease would end and I have to return this car. The MB financing may ask for these
items.

If MB of South Bay does not give me these items what are my alternatives?

Leasing Gurus: I am looking to get the 2007 R500 with Premium II Package and a 6 Disc CD changer (does not seem to be included in Premium II). I am looking at 0 down (plus the std. destination fee etc.) 15K/yr for 36 months. Can you please advise what I should be paying/month (Tax included). I noticed that current Winter Sale does not apply to R500 Thanks in advance for your help and Happy Thanksgiving.

i've been reading these deals, and it looks like there have been some pretty amazing deals on the R500. - 2006 models...

I would NEVER have even bothered to consider the R500...believeing it was out of my price range, but these lease deals clearly have proven me wrong. I'm seeing numbers here that basically show people doing 27 month leases, with barely over $1000 down/out of pocket, and payments under $600/month...for a car that has a $65k+ MSRP...nuts...

of course, I could just get an odyssey..but to get a "loaded" Odyssey...I believe the lease numbers with a comparabley LOW otu of pocket payment would probably put me in the high 400s...almost $500. so you're talking another $100-150 month to get a car that's worth double... no brainer...

...yup. i leased one for under $600mo before taxes, $1300 out of pocket which included acq fee (+ local sales tax). my mother drove it once and i called the dealer and got another identical one for her...this car is/was a no brainer with the incentives. you cant touch anything else even close to this for high 40s well equipped. would i have paid $60k+ for it?? probably not. it was only too much money becuase it isnt perfect. they missed the mark on a few things that are annoying. but i wouldnt have hesitated in the low 50s. so take it a few grand under $50k and the only regrets should be those people who didnt pull the trigger and get one OR worse those who pulled the trigger early and paid alot more......

I agree with you completely! W.I. Simonson's internet manager is a great guy to deal with and he gave you a great deal! I just hope these cars stay "sleepers" so that we can lease 2008 R500's with similar deals. The key to our lease deals was the large factory to dealer cash that "prepaid" a large portion of our residual costs.
On another note, I read a posting some time ago about someone re-negotiating their lease prior to lease end and paying only the depreciation portion as his lease payment for a one year extension. Does anyone else have any experience about renegotiating lease extensions or lease-end buyouts?

hi all, happy thanksgiving everyone

What are your thoughts on the following?:
07 R350 with Pewter/Black MB Tex. With [P01] Package, [R44] 17" Wheel Package, 873 Heated Front Seats
MSRP $49,400, willing to sale for 45,400...

with 0.000850 MF, and with 50% residual for 12K miles for 48 months my calculations show monthly payment of 470$ (sales tax+fees+tags+security deposit are on me)

Any room for improvmenet here?

Appreciate the input,
Greg (Maryland)
