Don't know yet but it starts at $38,995-$42,095*

*Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. Tax, title, license, dealer fees, and optional equipment extra.

I would assume a fully decked out one with no factory accessories will be mid-high $40's. I'd say close or around $47K loaded out.

That doesn't sound too bad since mine stickered out at about $43K.

If I do go that route I won't regret it as I'd have one heck of a truck.

2007 Rado much better than 2003 by gearhed

Test drove an 2007 4wd ext cab Rado today. It is greatly improved over my 2003 Rado, steering is perfect, better control over bumps, very quiet.

I dislike the new interior gages, too much plastic chrome. GM, This is a truck, not some blinged-out pimpmobile. The old interior was straightforward, easy to read gages, please bring it back.

While you're at it, please bring back the Protec composite bed. I absolutely love this option in my truck. No dents, rust or cracks in 3 years and now Toyota is offering a composite bed. GM had this option years ago and really needs to market this again or risk falling behind Toyota.

Sir:

My Silverado is coming in on on Thursday or Friday (2/28 or 3/1 ) It was not the 10 to 12 weeks that I was told, more like 6 to 7 weeks. I think the dealership looks at the build times as a way to keep the customer happy. If you're told 10 weeks and it's here in 7, it seems to be a reason to get excited. I'm happy, but getting a new Porsche would get me excited... Anyway, I'll be picking it up Saturday or Sunday and will post my impressions in the next week or two. I have never owned a truck but will be comparing it to a Chevy Tahoe, 2002 and a 5 series BMW 2004 as far as build quality, ride etc.

See ya,

Just took delivery of my 4x4 Sierra Crew Cab SLT in Onyx Black with Gray interior. Everything except the 20in wheels and the nav/DVD. Excellent ride and handling, very quiet with good power. Interior quality is much improved, even over my 06 XL Denali. The remote start is very nice but a few easy things are missing on the new design- FOB key, dual lock on the climate zones (you have to adjust each one individually), and better organized compartment system (no sunglasses holder and one HUGE glove box with no trays, etc). And the audio sound is typical Bose/GM, way overrated and not worthy the money but okay. The audio head does give you the ability to mix/match XM and FM stations on the same set of presets. One innovation that they did not miss was the aux input for your ipod - GREAT idea! If you buy the SLT, make sure you get the Goodyear ATV tires, makes a noticable difference in the ride. Wheels are okay but there are no chrome or other alternatives unless you want to go to the 20s which just looks a little too big. All in all, a great truck and a great redesign. Already had several people stop me and comment on how good the truck looks.

Ordered a Sierra Denali by tsully

Went to the GMC website and max out a Sierra 1500 (new body style). Came up in the low 40's. So I thought what about a Denali! Well I called around and a half a dozen dealers didn't have any but were on order. Couldn't wait I guess.
I did my homework and then talked to a salesman. The Denali came to 45 thousand. Not all the options but a several. I didn't get, sunroof, 20 inch wheels (all ready comes with 18's) or the DVD system. Kids have there own vehicles now.
Anyway, traded my 04 Sport side bed, SLT, 4wd, extended cab,5.3 motor. They gave me 19,500. They also came down 3000 of the 45,000. All said and done. Paper work goes in the system the 5th of March. Don't expect to get it until late April at best they said. Can't wait. Has anyone bought a Denali yet? Tell me about it. Thanks Troy

Didn't buy a Denali, but I did order a 2007 GMC Sierra SLT with the 6.0 and 20" wheels and sunroof (no dvd or nav). Taking delivery this week sometime. I paid $37K (invoice less $2K in rebates). After seeing pricing on the Denali's, made me think maybe I should have waited and sprung for the Denali for a few extra thousand. But it looks like they are only available in black, white or silver? Is this true? Black is my favorite color, my current 2000 is black, but I am 40 now and lazy and black is too hard to keep clean, so I went with Steel Gray.

Congrats on your Denali!!!

Yep, your right. 3 colors. And I just had my 43rd b/day. Bought myself a present, ha,ha. I got the white one as I have the silver/birch color now and wanted a change. Black is a hard one to keep clean and I don't want to do that every weekend. Keeping up with 6 acres is enough. This will be my second GM truck. I had a dozen or more Fords and one day I said enough is enough. I ordered my current 04 and haven't had a single problem. Now stepping up to the Denali! Cool. I can't wait. Allready looking at aftermarket stuff but nothing there yet for that 6.2l. Have to wait a bit I guess. Good luck with yours as well.
