Replying to: rockylee (Feb 24, 2007 12:43 am) I do have a GMC on order, but not the Denali. But I will say that Edmunds.com's numbers, both MSRP and Invoice, were VERY close to the dealers. Have you shopped them yet? What numbers have you been getting? My nearly fully loaded GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 Crewcab 6.0liter (loaded with everything except NAV and Rear DVD) numbers were: MSRP: about $43K Invoice (which I paid): about $39K before 2k in rebates. Hope this helps.

I get a GM employee discount and if I could get my GMS which would be about $2K under invoice with $2k in rebates I wouldn't hesitate on buying a 07' GMC Sierra Denali. I haven't called to check prices yet on the Denali as I assume they haven't been released yet. I do need to call a dealer soon if I'm going to make my move and see if they can get me a Black every option loaded leather lined model. I will get some aftermarket factory parts like the chrome gas cap, etc that I saw on the GMC site to add more bling. I figure mine with all the aftermarket options and exchanging my 3 yr. 36K warranty for a 6 yr. 100K factory warranty will run me close to $50K. So if I can get away with paying lets say $40,000 cash I'd buy one without hesitation. I will just have to see. Rocky

Replying to: rockylee (Feb 24, 2007 9:48 pm) Yep, I paid 36,929 after rebates. Plus, my dealer offered me $2500 more for my trade than any other dealer in town. ($11,500 vs $9000). Mostly because he didn't have any trucks like mine on his lot (year, low mileage, condition, etc). All he had were 2-3 yr old trucks. Keep in mind, although it is a loaded SLT 6.0, including power sunroof and 20" wheels (less nav and dvd), it's NOT a Denali. If you can get into a Denali for under $40K, I will not only be surprised but a little mad and jealous. May I give my opinion on "bling"? Why would anyone want to accentuate something like a gas cap? It reminds me of the fad in the 80's and early 90's when people were putting on neon colored windshield wipers. I thought "What next?, Chrome mufflers?" But to each his own. I am putting on SSTL step bars and an aftermarket billet grill though, so I guess it's all a matter of taste and opinion. So, I won't knock it. If youlike it, go for it.

Tax, title, license, dealer fees, and optional equipment extra. http://www.gmc.com/sierra900/denali/index.jsp I would assume a fully decked out one with no factory accessories will be mid-high $40's. I'd say close or around $47K loaded out. Rocky
