Here are more numbers. The Tahoe really should be compared to the Expedition. I posted the Explorer since its the #1 selling SUV. When like models are combined. The Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade is #1, followed by the Trailblazer/Envoy/Rainer.

More Problems..... by 07tahoeguy

The Dealership finally fixed the rattle/scratching noise I kept hearing above my head. The first time they reinstalled the headliner and insulation, but after that the noise got worse. They figured out it was the wire that ran to he temp sensor unit in the ceiling. They insulated and tied down the wire, that seemed to do it. As soon as I returned home from having my Tahoe in and out of the shop all week, the dash and DIC went off like a pinball machine. Stated my stabilitrack needs service and then disabled it. Took it back to the dealer that night, this morning they called and said the stabilitrack computer has failed and was probably bad from the factory. Good news is that they know what is wrong with it, bad news is they don't have a replacement computer for it and have no clue when they will. They contacted a district manager at GM to try and get me an answer. I love my new Tahoe, but wish I would have waited a year to buy one now.

Waxing my new Tahoe by pocitelli

I just did my first wax of my new Tahoe and I highly recommend Meguiares new NXT wax. This was the easiest waxing job ever. It goes on easy and then once it dries to a haze, it rubs off and buffs easier than anything I've ever used before. I finished my entire suv in one hour. Check it out, it's a great product. link title

Hey 07Tahoeguy...You're lucky your problems are only with the stabilitrack!! I had the same issue with my LTZ but it also said to service the traction control along with the stabilitrack! Had the truck into the dealership and they too are waiting on the computer modules for these problems. Sounds like it's a known fault and I'm sure there will be more owners experiencing this problem!

My problems happened on the 2nd night I had the truck...Kind of aggravating on a $50K vehicle if you ask me!!!

nacho07. You only need one bottle. You just put on a thin layer so one bottle will last you several applications.

My Tahoe is still at the dealership, by Monday they should have an idea when the module will be shipped. I can still drive the vehicle, problem is my wife will not because stailitrack was the selling point that made her comfortable driving the suv. Did your dealer every get any idea how long it would be before they finally get the part?
