After removing the disc the closk re-appears after re-starting the vehicle a short time later. This is the only time I have seen this issue. Good luck, -- Gregg Boston, Mass |

There is a lot of electronic content in these newer vehicles which is a double edged sword. Some of the "software" was not perfect when the vehicle was launched but the updates are easy to download into the vehicle. I've had the jump start issue 2x but GM has updated software to address this issue. As for the radio, onstar, dvd, door chimes, etc these all are part of the radio system. If you keep having the issue push to have your dealer replace the radio unit. Rattles are a pain and it sounds like you have a specific issue with the tailgate. If your dealer can't help you, go to another dealer. Some are more competent than others. Good Luck, - Gregg Boston, Mass |

I've had my Tahoe for a year and recently when I used the washer fluid in the front I noticed that an extra stream was coming out near the base of the arm. The fluid hose had a little cut in it from rubbing against the air dam when the wipers were on. I told the dealer I need a new hose, but they said they had to replace the arm. I had the arm replaced and it's completely different. It looks huge. It sticks out more and is a higher up because of the way it curves. They said that the replacement part for the original arm was changed for this new style. The new tahoes on the lot did not have this new arm. I don't like it, but they say they don't have the original style. I'm having the other arm replaced to match because it looks really bad. I'm surprised the idiot who put it in didn't notice the huge difference. Should I go to another dealer and see if they have one in stock to compare?

I have the lowest ratio of 3.43.. There were some pretty good results reported by tahoes with ratio of over 4. Also, we found that, while driving on a flat road, and setting cruise control at a speed ranging from 35mph to 50 mph while having tow mode active, the motor operated in v4 constantly. Kinda cool!!
