Based on my experience, it takes about one week from the time it leaves the factory to reach the ordering dealer. Have they been notified of a build date? It's about a week to build. Did they tack on an additional fee to transport to your dealer?

Have you thought about the GM Perfomance or Touring system?

Where did you find a little compartment on the left side besides the jack storage? I looked on mine and while there is a depression outline, it's not cut out and when I looked down behind the wheel well from the jack storage, there doesn't seem to be much unused space down there. My TrailBlazer had all sorts of storage cubbies back there including one under the load floor. Envy your MPG.

Try a salvage yard, the cross rails have been the same since 2000 I believe.

I just took delivery of a 07 Denali with Nav but no rear camera. Does anyone know if the wiring harness is in the liftgate and I can simply buy an aftermarket camera or a GM part when in becomes available and install????

I took a drive to the dealer that originally ordered this vehicle. After looking around the lot I found my Tahoe off to one side. Just a little dusty from the trip from Texas to Connecticut. Should be picking up Tahoe this week.

Still curious if they charged you for bringing it to Connecticut. Reason being is that I paid $700 to get an new 02 from Houston to KC back in 01.

Original dealer is only 10 miles from the dealer that I will be purchasing vehicle from. My dealer will be swapping another vehicle to get this one for me. There is no additional delivery fee charged.

If you open the liftgate on the left side you'll see 2 plastic screws that match your interior color. Turn them in 1 direction and it opens a little cmpartment. I was going to try the right side wheel well and see what I can find. Need more storage.
