I just recently purchased a new '07 Denali. It is far superior for towing then my previous Yukon. I pull a 4500 lb boat/trailer with ease now... Great tow vehicle.
Has anyone added Sirius to their vehicles?

OK, let's try this one more time. The engine and drive specs I mentioned were from the 2006 Chev Suburban promo book. Sorry 'bout that. Seems they have made some big changes in the specs for 2007.

I love my Tahoe LT3. Getting just over 17 MPG in mixed driving. My only complaint is storage. I know about the little compartment in back on the left side and the jack is hidden away under the cup holders in the back, but what about the right side. Has anyone taken off that flat piece where it looks like a cup holder should go and see if there is room for storage?

22 mpg highway sounds pretty good for one of these beasties.
if the gasser gets 22 mpg with cylinder-shutdown i wonder how much better a duramax with cylinder-shutdown would do? those are 6 cylinder engines though aren't they? running on 3/6 or 4/6 cylinders might not be so smooth :|

17?? That's really good. How long have you had it??? Did you start out with bad mileage and start getting better mileage over time?? Mine's new '07 and only avg 14.6 MPG. Chevy tells me the milage will get better at about 8-9000 miles. Did you ad any mods such as exauhst and cold air intake??

That's the thing. I've never had a problem getting close to epa or a good avg between with mixed city/hwy driving until this vehicle. They tell me I will start seeing a difference at about 8-9k miles. Who knows. Kinda frustrated at this point. I do baby it when I drive. My girlfriends is telling me I drive like a grandpa. Doesn't help with the frustration.

yeah. you can't go buy that. That's a result of milage it's gettting whe people are test driving. Also, there aren't enough miles on the truck at that point for it to be accurate. Then, on top of that, you have the sales team telling you it will get better.

Please post about your gas mileage over in the Chevrolet Suburban/GMC Tahoe: MPG-Real World Numbers discussion. Thanks!

Have you heard back from the "company rep" regarding the bypass? Also. does anyone have the contact info for this person at GM (or someone else) that can give me status?
