Alright all there is a solution to finding a cheap, chrome rear bowtie. Take a small screwdriver and carefully pry the gold lid from the shell of the factory rear emblem. Underneath it is a chrome, outlined bowtie that looks great. I say be careful when you pry the lid off because the screwdriver may ding the chrome underneath it and show the scuffs. Email me for pics. Collins |

I love my Tahoe LT3. Getting just over 17 MPG in mixed driving. My only complaint is storage. I know about the little compartment in back on the left side and the jack is hidden away under the cup holders in the back, but what about the right side. Has anyone taken off that flat piece where it looks like a cup holder should go and see if there is room for storage?

22 mpg highway sounds pretty good for one of these beasties. if the gasser gets 22 mpg with cylinder-shutdown i wonder how much better a duramax with cylinder-shutdown would do? those are 6 cylinder engines though aren't they? running on 3/6 or 4/6 cylinders might not be so smooth :| |
