Replying to: volvomax (Mar 01, 2007 3:38 pm) Thank you for your responses. Now I am more confused than before. In order to try and cut down the monthly payment I asked for a quote on a base XC90 (No Premium) 5 seater with an MSRP on their website of $36,030. This is what i got: Option 'B' - Base Lease Payments Down Payment Term $0 $1,000.00 $2,000.00 36 MO $533.61 $501.46 $469.29 42 MO $515.85 $487.95 $460.06 48 MO $481.75 $457.33 $432.91 He states that these figures include monthly sales tax but that the "Down Payment" figures quoted above would be PLUS First months payment, Tax and Tag. How does this deal compare with the original one posted earlier? (Not looking for specifics, just better worse or alot worse) Should I go back and ask him the standard "Please provide the cap caost, residual, and money factor" as to how he arrived at these payments. Also, what does he mean when he states that in addition to the first month and tag I have to pay the tax? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know if any changes for March? Hearing lease residuals dropped a point, but the $295 Premium Pkg remains.

Replying to: volvomax (Mar 02, 2007 10:50 am) Last question. I got a quote from a different dealer today on a base XC90. 51 months, 11,294 miles per year, $389 a month plus tax, with Zero down, sign and drive. Your thoughts on this? Thanks

Next, settle on the miles per year. How many do you need? Next, find THE car that you WANT. Base car? 7 passenger? Once that is done, then go to work on the lease #'s, otherwise you will just confuse yourself. |

I'm confused, can someone help me understand the total lease incentives? Seen lots of different numbers, would appreciate some clarification on which are available on a Volvo lease: 1) Prem pkg for $295 (instead of $2575 invoice) 2) Volvo loyalty customer cash $1000 3) VFNA Lease Bonus cash $1000 4) Marketing Support $2000 5) $4500 alternative lease support Thanks!

Replying to: cherity (Mar 01, 2007 1:27 pm) BTW, what's the difference between "Gross Cap Cost" and "Adjusted Cap Cost"? Which city, state dealer did you lease from? Can you provide a breakdown of the $1895 total out of pocket cost? This is really confusing, apprecitae your help. Thanks!
