VW Credit's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2008 Touareg V6 with 15,000 miles per year are .00024 and 58%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are .00024 and 49%. I was just re- lease my car from 2005 to 2008 but now i have to go back to my country what should i do. I want to get out of the lease. I want to turn back the car. Good luck. And yes, you still have to pay off the lease contract if you can't unload the car. Then again, if you're fleeing the country anyway, just abandon the car in place and be on your way.
