Hi visanic. This particular discussion is about the Passat, not the CC (though they are similar). I'll give you some quick advice here and ask that you post any follow-up questions about the CC over in the "Volkswagen Passat CC Lease Questions" discussion. Thanks.
The best way to get a good deal on the CC that you are interested in is to negotiate as low a selling price as possible on it, taking advantage of the $1,000 ash incentive that is currently available on leases of this model.
Once you have negotiated a selling price that you're happy with, have the dealer calculate your monthly payment using this car's buy rate lease money factor. VW Credit's current buy rate for a 36 month lease of a 2010 CC 2.0 Sport is .00152.

Car Man- Can you help me? What is the money factor and residual percentage on a 2010 Passat Komfort PZEV. 36 month lease, 12000 miles per year. And do you happen to know what they will be in December 2009.

Hi Car_Man,
Have the numbers you list above hold true for the wagon version? And have the numbers changed for January 2010?

Hi Car_Man
I'm not sure if there would be a difference between financing the WAGON versus the SEDAN... but.. er...
Would you know the current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Passat Sedan with 12,000 miles? 15,000 miles?
Cheers and thanks!

Hi cavalierfh. The programs for the Sedan and Wagon are different. Here's the information that you're looking for. VW Credit's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Passat Wagon with 15,000 miles per year are .00015 and 43%, respectively.
When negotiating your lease on this vehicle, make sure to take the $500 cash incentive that is available on leases of it into account.
