Thanks for the NY numbers. Does anyone know if this is the same in CA? Also, does the fixed residual stand for a Non-Nav vehicle?

End of Lease Question for Toyota Vehicles by smarty666

Hi, I just found out that Nissan/Infiniti financing is charging a $395 disposition fee at the end of lease if you decide to return the car and not buy the vehicle or lease another vehicle from them!! I think that is absolutely outrageous and some people have said that other car manufactures are doing this as well; toyota financial services doesn't have this listed on their website so I wanted to know if new toyota leases are having this same disposition fee at their lease conclusion? because if they don't, I'm going to lease a toyota over a nissan hands down; any info would be greatly helpful!!!!

50% off MSRP by sailakfan

Hello everybody,

Never leased before. Was in a dealership to purchase a Camry and the salesperson mentioned they have a special going on, 50% off MSRP for Camrys in leasing.

The 50% off is for the lease and the residual value will be based on the MSRP.

Can somebody explain if this is a good option since the 50% off is too good to be true.

Thank you

Good question, smarty666. As annoying as disposition fees are, more often then not banks charge them. To the best of my knowledge, Toyota Financial Services does not charge a disposition fee, but you may want to check with them directly or with a dealer to find out for certain.

Hi tarzan12. Here's the information that you're looking for. Toyota Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Camry LE or SE with 12,000 miles per year in your area are .00050 and 62%, respectively.

Keep in mind though that TFS' residual values are based upon vehicle's base MSRPs. It places restrictions upon what options can be residualized, making its effective resid lower than the above percentage and making it difficult for anyone outside of dealers who are given a list of the dollar residual values for the units that they have in inventory to figure out what vehicles' residual values should be.
