If Subaru offers 10,000 miles per year, its residual value for that term would be 1% higher.

Hi epd2006. Subaru's April buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a base 2012 Outback Premium 2.5 with an automatic transmission and 15,000 miles per year are .00060 and 51%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
 
I have not seen anything on the 2013 models yet.
