Greetings quantifire. Subaru's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2012 Outback 2.5i Premium with 15,000 miles per year are .00330 and 65%, respectively.
As you can see, the numbers for 2 year leases of this car are not very attractive. You would be much better off going with a 36-month lease....00140 and 55%.
I believe that 15,000 miles per year is the highest mileage allowance that Subaru publishes residual values for. If you need to drive more than this, you will have to purchase additional miles on a per-mile basis. It is less expensive to do so at lease signing than it is to wait until lease-end and have to pay an excess mileage penalty.

Greetings Stephen. Subaru's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Outback 3.6R Limited with 15,000 miles per year are .00180 and 55%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

Car_Man,
When you get them, could you post the November numbers for residual and mf for the above vehicle for a 36 month, 12k mile lease?
Thanks
Chris

Thank you Car_man,
I was wondering if you had the November numbers on the same car (2012 Outback 3.6R Limited) with the same length and miles (36 months and 15K). I was just quoted MF .00125 and RV 52%
Thanks,
Stephen

Also if you could include the info for a premium model I would consider that if the rates were better.
Thanks in advance.
