Here you go kenerinn. Subaru's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Outback 2.5i Limited with 15,000 miles per year are .00130 and 51%, respectively.
You can look up the dealer invoice price for the Outback that you want, exactly how you want it equipped over in the New Vehicle Pricing section of Edmunds.com.

We get lots of rain and snow, plus I end on driving on grass or mud once in a while, on camping trips and visits to orchards, stuff like that.
As you know, all Subarus are AWD so it's included for the price you see, but you can't delete the option.
#411 of 538 Lease rate to expect in the LI NY area

I recently did an exploratory search for 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5 Limited for my wife. I received a lease price of $404 a month for 39 months/ 10K miles. The rate included remote starter and trailer hitch. I am assuming since he sensed that I was not going to do a deal that day, the lease rate was based very closely to MSRP price. I am getting closer to actually leasing the car and here is what I am looking for. A 2011 Outback Limited without Sunroof or Nav. 36/10K a month. I will negotiate remote starter and trailer hitch separately. What deal can I expect and how much off of MSRP can I expect the dealer to base the lease on.

Hello, I was curious is the dealers have the ability to manipulate the residual value of a lease. I am looking at leasing a 2011 Outback Limited 2.5 and was told the MF was. .0080 with a 49% residual. This was on a 36 month 15k mile year lease. I would like to see if I could get a higher residual value to lower the monthly payment.
Thanks!

Residual values are set by the lender and are not negotiable. You can accomplish the same thing, however, by negotiating a lower selling price.

Hi,
I'm looking to lease 2011 Outback 2.5 Limited without Sunroof and Navigation.
Dealer keeps telling me that my chances of finding a 2.5 Limited WITHOUT the sunroof are 1 in 500.
Is this true?
Also, what type of MF and RV can I expect? I'm in north suburb of Illinois.
