Could you please give me the November MFs and residuals for 24 and 36 month leases on the 2011 and 2012 Legacy 2.5i Premium (pzev CVT) with 12k miles for a top tier credit buyer? If there are 10k leases, the related information would also be appreciated.
 
I'm asking for a lot, so thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

I'd be happy to help you out, badger1994. Subaru's November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2011 Legacy 2.5i Premium with 12,000 miles per year are .00040 and 52%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
 
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2012 model are .00060 and 58%.
 
You definitely do not want to lease for 24-months, Subaru's lease program for that term is terrible.
 
The residual value for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year is likely 1% higher.

Can you please post the money factors and residuals for a 2012 Legacy Limited for a 42 month lease with 18k miles and 20k miles? How do you think these will change in December?

I'm not sure if Chase publishes residual values for leases with more than 15,000 miles per year. Most banks do not, but instead sell lessees additional miles above 15,000 on a per-mile basis for less than they would have to pay for them as a penalty at lease-end.
