Can anybody please share the money factor, residual and any lease incentives for the Pathfinder in November?
  
This would be for the 2011/2012 Silver Edition 4x4 model and 36-39 mos lease. 12/15 miles per year

Hi alcap. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2011 Pathfinder Silver Edition 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00003 and 42%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
 
The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are .00003 and 41%.
 
The numbers for the 2012 model are .00089 / 48% for 36-months and 00089 / 47% for 39-months.
 
If you were to lease this truck with only 12,000 miles per year its residual values would be 1% higher.

just picked up a 2012 sv pathfinder silver edition (no sunroof)
1200 out of pocket
449 a month for 39 months
12k a year
they picked up the last 5 payments on my maxima ($399)
just wonder if this was a good deal?
