So what is the story on residuals? The dealership we plan on going with is quoting 49% yet another that is trying to get our business is saying 54%. Only "big" difference that I can see is that the 1st car as 4800 miles on it. They said the lease will start once I sign on the dotted line but are they allowed to change that %?

The residual appears to be 50% for 3 years on an LE. 54% is better as long as the money factor matches up with ride with g. It may change in feb. The car with miles is assigned a lower residual but if the selling price is lower it might balance out. Use the formula to calculate your lease on both. Of course, you want one more than the other so pick your poisen.

The dealership confused an SL with an LE. Scary. We won't be going with them.

Leasing a 09 Murano SL AWD with prem pkg, leather pkg, dual moonroof, 39 months, 15k annually, $2,000 total drive off (includes fee, first month, and 6% taxes we have to pay up front) for $419 month! That is the best I have seen. Supposed to pick up the car on Saturday. I was told SL has higher residual then LE.

I don't do it that way, since it is a lease. Maybe I am wrong but I just try to shop and get the best deal.

I don't care about MSRP either, I only care what my total out of pocket is and my payment. I ended up getting tech package as well, cause they couldn't locate a car in my color combo without it, but I had to go to $429/month.
Sounds like you got a steal! What part of the country?

I am asking for msrp's just to see the comparison price vs what I am looking for. I am looking for a fully loaded LE, MSRP about $40K, will negotiate price from there. It will give me an idea of payments that's why I was just asking MSRP, just to help me with my mental math.
Ok, then if you could, can you post what you paid for the car? Thanks so much.
