About 100 over invoice will be a good price. Enter your trim, pkgs and options in edmunds.com till you get that MSRP and then you will get the invoice.
The tax on a lease is calculated after you got the base monthly payment without tax. Strictly speaking the answer is NO, you don't pay the full tax.

Just picked up the Murano SL AWD with Touring package today. Here is the deal I got: 39 months, 12k a year, 3,000 down, plus DMV fees, 360/month. cap cost was $700.00 Gross cap cost is $32650, residual is $18,410. This is the best deal I could work out after getting quotes with the same out of pocket numbers. I got quotes over 400 for this car so I think I did ok. anyone else out there able to get this for less or around the same. My touring package also came with the wind deflector, carpet mats, splash guards, cargo net, etc. After going to so many dealers, I realized when you order the touring package the car basically is shipped with these other extras so you have to take it with it if you are getting the touring package. In my book, this is the best deal to get if you are going to get the murano. The SL AWD with touring is loaded and if you decide to buy instead of leasing, you can prob get it for around 32k'sh plus the tax and your states dmv fees. Great value for a 36k car. Dont go for the S or the SE models. The SL AWD has everything you need and the touring gets you even more. Def worth it.

Bill Saidle's
I got a very good quote from Coral Springs too.
100 over invoice with no dealer fee is already a good deal, I got lucky because they didn't have the color I was looking for and they offer me a discount on my seconds choice when I tried to leave.
You can look up their inventory for a color they don't have and ask for that one
I got quotes from 8 dealers, most of them for about 500 over invoice with no dealer fee. The worse quotes were from Ft. Lauderdale Nissan and Maroonee Nissan of Miami. Today is the last day of the month, so I would go today.

Hi All!

This is my first lease & I would like to know exactly what numbers I need to ask for when I hit the dealer. I am residing in Brooklyn, NY and close to Bay Ridge Nissan. (if anyone has an opinion to offer regarding that dealership.. please do so). I'm looking for an 07 SL AWD with touring, Navi, Premium pkg, leather & sunroof pkg. If you have some numbers to start me off with.. I would greatly appreciate it. Many Thanks

I can give you an exact referral. I just leased the same car except without the Navi. Go to Advantage Nissan in Westbury, Long Island. I priced out the car at Bay Ridge and they wanted $380/month with 3k down. I got a great deal at Advantage. 3k down plus dmv fees/ $360/month. Ask for Keith their. Let me know your email if you want other information on this.
