What should I expect for a 07 Murano SL 2WD with leather and DVD - MSRP of 34475. Have not received purchase price yet but would like to lease 39-42 month 12K mile. What should I call a deal? Should I expect to pay the full tax on a new car to the dealer? I am seeing this in quotes.

Hello- Here is the deal I received for the Murano SL with Touring package. 3k down, 39 months, 12k miles per year, $360 per month. 50% residual, buy back is $18,410, cap cost is $700.00, Cap Cost Gross is around $32,600, NO trade in. 3k down is inclusive. Please tell me how this sounds. PLUS NY DMV FEES.

The lease is up on my '04 murano in early Nov. It's a 39k lease and I only have about 19k on my vehicle (I only drive 4 miles each way to work). My current lease payments are a ridiculous $118 a month as i traded in my 2000 subaru forester (looking back, i shouldn't have done this, but i was green to the lease experience). I just received my first renewal package from Nissan. I'm pondering my choices - while I enjoy my current vehicle, the features (like the back up camera) on the 2007 Murano are very appealing... I'm thinking that by the time Sept-Oct-Nov rolls around, there will be some good deals on the 2007s? i think the payments on a new car are going to be about the same as what the payments would be if i buy out the my current car. any body else have any thoughts? |

I posted a question about a lease deal, but haven't gotten any replies. Anyone? It's for a Murano SL with Touring Package, Splash Guards, Carpeted Mats, and Sunroof Wind Deflector. MSRP is $35,463 with selling price $31,999 (plus tag, taxes, fees.) The lease is for 39 months with 15,000 miles, no money down, $459 per month plus tax = $488 per month. Residual $17,284. Is this a good lease deal or should I shop some more? I must decide this week. Thanks for any input.

Replying to: clo123 (May 22, 2007 3:23 am) What is the money factor? 459 sounds high to me. My numbers look like this: MSRP: 36920 Sell: 32869 39 Months, 12K (he mentioned if I went to 15K it would be about $15 per month more) MF:.00024 Res: 50% (18460) $381 Does that help, you need the MF. and anyone can figure out if he is messing with the numbers.

Hi all, I'm looking for a lease on a 2007 Murano SL 2WD with Premium pkg and mats (P01, L92), total MSRP inc. destination 31755, Invoice is 29206. What would be the residual and MF for a 39-month 15k/year lease? I'm in south Florida (not sure if that matters). I believe the residual for 12k/y would be 1% above, If I later change my mind about it. I was looking through this forum and couldn't find the exact numbers, at least not for this month. Some people say MF is 0.00024, but there was somebody saying 0.00023. Thanks
